Please make sure you follow the fitting instructions that come with your mouthguard. In particular, DO NOT place your mouthguard straight into water that has just boiled as its shape will distort. We recommend that you pour boiling water into a cup, leave it sit for at least five minutes and then place your mouthguard into the water for the recommended 8-9 seconds. Repeat the process if necessary and you should achieve an excellent fit.
